Most frequent questions and answers

We use PayFast as our payment gateway. They let you pay, not only through your PayFast account, but also almost any card/account type that you can think of. 

Also, if you feel safer, you can pay via Direct Bank Transfer into our account. There will be a slight delay this way though, because we wait for confirmation on payment before we send your order to you.

We use The Courier Guy to deliver your packages to you door. Please make sure there is someone to receive your package at the address you give as your delivery address. You are welcome to deliver to your work address.

Once your order has been collected by the courier, you can use your Waybill number to track it’s progress here.

You should receive your order in 3-5 working days from payment.

If you receive your order and something doesn’t quite fit, you are welcome to exchange it for a different size within 7 days.

Unfortunately we don’t accept returned items that have been worn, washed or damaged in any way.
